Complaints
If something we published is wrong, unfair or harmful, we want to hear about it. Complaints are read, checked against our reporting, and answered.
To complain, use our contact form and include the article headline, the passage you are complaining about, and what you believe we got wrong or should reconsider.
Where a complaint identifies a factual error, we correct it promptly and visibly, as described in our corrections policy. Where a complaint raises fairness or harm, we review the piece against our ethics policy and reply with what we found and what, if anything, we are changing.
Complaints about copyright belong in the notice procedure in our DMCA policy.
